- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and automation.

- Strong expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, REST APIs, and ServiceNow server-side scripting.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Azure, AWS, and third-party systems.

Job Requirements :

- Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Integration Hub.

- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation aligned with business goals.

- Configure Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, REST APIs, and other server-side scripting to enable end-to-end automation.

- Write efficient, maintainable JavaScript and Glide API scripts to automate repetitive tasks and processes.

- Create and maintain HLD, LLD, configuration guides, and workflow documentation.

- Conduct unit testing and support UAT activities.

- Ensure solutions adhere to organizational policies, security standards, and ServiceNow best practices.

- Provide Level 2/3 support for automation incidents, enhancements, and optimizations.
