Location : Remote / Bangalore

Job Summary :


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OMS Developer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining IBM Sterling Order Management System. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the order lifecycle, integration with eCommerce platforms, inventory, logistics, and payment systems. You will play a key role in delivering high-performance, scalable OMS solutions for enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design and develop OMS solutions to support order capture, fulfillment, returns, and exchanges.


- Customize and extend IBM Sterling OMS functionalities based on business needs.


- Integrate OMS with eCommerce, ERP, warehouse, and payment systems.


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in order processing and fulfillment flows.


- Optimize OMS performance and ensure system scalability.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps.


- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.


Required Skills :


- 5+ years of experience with IBM Sterling OMS.


- Strong understanding of order lifecycle, inventory, and fulfillment.


- Proficiency in Java/J2EE and REST API development.


- Experience with messaging/integration tools like Kafka, MQ.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Agile/Scrum development experience.


- Excellent communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).


- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Git).


- Exposure to frontend technologies is a plus.


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
