Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and modern ML techniques.

The ideal candidate will build scalable AI-powered applications such as chatbots, intelligent assistants, and document processing systems using cutting-edge frameworks and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy applications using LLMs and Generative AI

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

- Develop conversational AI solutions and chatbot systems

- Work with frameworks like LangChain to orchestrate LLM workflows

- Fine-tune machine learning models and improve model performance

- Build scalable REST APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI/Flask)

- Integrate vector databases for semantic search and retrieval

- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

- Ensure production-grade quality through testing, logging, and monitoring

- Implement security, access control, and performance optimization best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of software engineering experience

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, including LLMs and Generative AI

- 23 years of experience working with LLM-based applications

- 12 years of hands-on experience with LangChain or similar frameworks

- 12 years of experience implementing RAG pipelines

- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and fine-tuning techniques

- Strong experience with chatbots, conversational AI, and NLP solutions

- 23 years of professional coding experience in Python (PEP8 standards)

- Experience in Web/API development (RESTful services)

- 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization

- Experience with Git or similar version control systems

- Comfortable working in Linux/terminal environments

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Experience in the healthcare domain

- Full-stack development experience

- Exposure to MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques
