Role Overview :

WillWare Technologies is seeking a highly experienced SAP CPQ Technical Lead to drive end-to-end technical design and implementation of SAP CPQ solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in configuration, pricing logic, scripting, and enterprise integrations while leading solution quality and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Design & Implementation :

- Lead end-to-end SAP CPQ technical design and solution delivery

- Develop and customize product configuration, pricing rules, and quoting workflows

- Build scalable and maintainable CPQ architectures aligned with business requirements

Scripting & Customization :

- Hands-on expertise in SAP CPQ scripting using JavaScript and BML

- Develop custom logic, validations, and automation within the CPQ platform

- Optimize scripts and configurations for performance and scalability

Integrations & Systems :

- Design and manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, CRM, and Salesforce

- Ensure seamless data flow across sales, pricing, and order management systems

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data synchronization issues

Quality, Performance & Governance :

- Ensure solution quality, performance optimization, and scalability

- Establish best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines

- Conduct technical reviews and enforce architecture principles

Leadership & Delivery :

- Mentor and guide CPQ developers and junior team members

- Review technical deliverables, code quality, and deployment readiness

- Support production deployments, upgrades, and post-go-live issues

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on exposure to SAP CPQ implementations

- Proficiency in JavaScript and BML scripting

- Deep understanding of product configuration, pricing models, and quoting workflows

- Experience integrating CPQ with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, CRM, and Salesforce

- Strong knowledge of system architecture, performance tuning, and scalability

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills

Good to Have :

- Experience in cloud-based CPQ deployments

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models

- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and automation practices

- SAP CPQ certification or relevant SAP certifications
