Role Overview :

A Salesforce OmniStudio / Vlocity Developer designs and develops industry-specific solutions using OmniStudio components to deliver guided user experiences, automate processes, and integrate Salesforce with external systems.

Key Skills Required OmniStudio/Vlocity Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity).

- OmniScripts (Guided Flows).

- FlexCards.

- DataRaptors (Extract, Load, Transform).

- Integration Procedures.

- Vlocity Data Packs.

- OmniStudio Designer & Debugger.

- OmniStudio best practices and performance tuning.

Salesforce Platform Skills :

- Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.

- Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Apex & SOQL.

- Custom Objects, Fields, Security Model.

- Salesforce Flows.

- Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors).

- Build scalable and reusable guided user experiences.

- Implement integrations using Integration Procedures.

- Develop LWCs to extend OmniStudio functionality.

- Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Support UAT, deployments, and post-go-live activities.

- Maintain documentation and follow Salesforce best practices.
