Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and core Salesforce clouds.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an enterprise environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams on large-scale implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Lightning Framework.

- Customize and configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features.

- Build reusable, scalable components using LWC.

- Implement business logic using Apex Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, and Schedulers.

- Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs (if required).

- Perform unit testing and ensure high code coverage.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and QA teams.

- Follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in :

1. Lightning Web Components (LWC).

2. Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async Apex).

3. Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.

- Experience with SOQL, SOSL.

- Familiarity with Git / version control.

- Understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I / II preferred).

- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale projects.

- Exposure to CI/CD tools.

- Integration experience with third-party systems.
