Willware Technologies is seeking a skilled QA Engineer Automation Testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of desktop, web, and API applications in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test strategy design, automation framework development, and end-to-end testing, along with exposure to CI/CD pipelines and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and test strategies for functional and non-functional testing.

- Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API testing.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across applications.

- Execute and analyze performance and load testing results.

- Validate data accuracy and integrity using SQL queries and database testing techniques.

- Identify, log, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools and ensure timely resolution.

- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.

- Integrate test automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

- Prepare and share test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality dashboards with stakeholders.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.

Required Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

- 4+ years of experience in software testing with strong focus on automation testing.

- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

- Strong experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.

- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test lifecycle, and QA best practices.

- Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.

- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.

- Good understanding of CI/CD integration and continuous testing practices.

Good to Have :

- Experience testing desktop applications and enterprise systems.

- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).

- Familiarity with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow).

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, or other DevOps tools.
