Role Overview :

WillWare Technologies is looking for a skilled PHP Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Core PHP, Laravel, MySQL, React, and Node.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a remote environment, handling evolving requirements, and contributing across the full technology stack.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using PHP, Laravel, React, and Node.js.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and SDKs using PHP.

- Develop and optimize database structures and queries using MySQL.

- Work on multi-tenant SaaS applications and scalable backend architectures.

- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams in an agile, remote setup.

- Implement and manage version control and deployments using Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 45 years of strong hands-on experience in PHP Full Stack Development.

- Strong proficiency in:

- Core PHP & Laravel Framework

- React JS (frontend development)

- MySQL (database design and optimization)

- Node.js (plus / good to have)

- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and SDKs.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Development.

- Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD-based deployments.

- Comfortable working in a remote team environment with distributed stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have :

- Experience working in a multi-tenant SaaS product development environment.

- Prior experience in the E-Commerce domain.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Knowledge of microservices and performance optimization.

Soft Skills :

- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

- Comfortable working with unknowns and dynamically evolving requirements.

- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage tasks independently.
