About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester with 5+ years of expertise in performance testing tools, scripting, and performance engineering.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in analyzing system behavior under load, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing application performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, design, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.

- Develop performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, NeoLoad, etc.

- Analyze performance test results and identify system bottlenecks.

- Work closely with developers, DevOps, and architects to resolve performance issues.

- Create performance test plans, scenarios, and workload models.

- Monitor system performance using APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus.

- Conduct root cause analysis (memory, CPU, DB, network-related issues).

- Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.

- Collaborate in capacity planning, scalability improvements, and performance tuning.

- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines (preferred).

- Validate backend performance using DB queries and monitoring tools.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.

- Strong experience with JMeter / LoadRunner / Gatling / NeoLoad.

- Strong scripting skills (Java, Python, Groovy, JavaScript).

- Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools : AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana, Kibana, CloudWatch.

- Strong SQL knowledge for performance-related data validation.

- Experience testing web applications, APIs, and microservices.

- Understanding of network protocols, caching, threading, and concurrency concepts.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
