Role Overview :

WillWare Technologies is seeking experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultants with strong hands-on expertise in D365 F&O / AX 2012. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise ERP solutions across Finance and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

This role offers exposure to end-to-end ERP delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and multi-location enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions.

- Work on AX 2012 to D365 F&O upgrades and enhancements.

- Handle end-to-end implementation cycles, including:

- Requirement gathering

- Solution design

- Configuration & setup

- UAT support

- Go-live & post-go-live support

- Configure and support Finance modules, including:

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Fixed Assets (FA)

- Configure and support Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules such as:

- Procurement & Sourcing

- Inventory Management

- Sales & Distribution

- Warehouse Management (as applicable)

- Support system integrations with third-party applications.

- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, data migration, and reporting.

- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

- Support UAT cycles, defect resolution, and production stabilization.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O / AX 2012.

- Strong functional expertise in Finance and/or SCM modules.

- Proven experience across implementation, support, UAT, and integrations.

- Good understanding of ERP business processes and best practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid delivery model.

- Experience working with enterprise clients.

Good to Have :

- Experience in AX 2012 to D365 F&O migration projects.

- Exposure to Power Platform integrations.

- Microsoft Dynamics certifications.

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
