WiFi Architect

Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Wi-Fi Architect to design and architect large-scale enterprise wireless solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Wi-Fi solutioning, network architecture, and end-to end wireless designstrictly at an architect level (not operations or implementation).

Primary Responsibilities :

- Architect and design enterprise-grade Wi-Fi solutions for large, complex environments.

- Develop high-level and detailed wireless network designs, capacity planning, RF planning, and performance optimization strategies.

- Evaluate, define, and establish Wi-Fi standards, best practices, and architectural frameworks across the organization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Wi-Fi, LAN, and WAN components.

- Provide technical leadership in wireless technology selection, design reviews, and architectural decisions.

- Conduct assessments, audits, and validation of wireless infrastructure to ensure security, reliability, and scalability.

- Stay updated on emerging wireless technologies, standards, and industry advancements.

Key Skills & Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise wireless technologies (Wi-Fi 5/6/6E, RF planning, controllers, access points).

- Deep expertise in LAN and WAN architecture for enterprise networks.

- Must be an Architect-level professionalexperience in design and solutioning only (no operations/implementation profiles).

- 14+ years of total experience in Networking, with specialization in wireless architecture.

- Strong understanding of network security, authentication, and high-availability wireless solutions.

- Ability to work across teams and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
