As a Senior Desktop Application Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of high-performance desktop software using C++ or C#. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient desktop applications. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and performance of our client-facing software, ensuring a seamless user experience while maintaining high standards of code quality and system architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance desktop applications using C++ or C# to meet evolving business requirements and performance benchmarks.

- Collaborate with system architects to design scalable software modules that integrate seamlessly with existing cloud-based infrastructure.

- Optimize application performance and memory management to ensure stability and responsiveness in resource-intensive environments.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement unit testing frameworks to maintain high code quality and minimize technical debt.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects, providing timely patches and updates to ensure continuous system availability for end-users.

- Mentor junior developers by sharing technical expertise and promoting best practices in software design patterns and clean coding standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing complex desktop applications using C++ or C# with a deep understanding of multi-threading, memory management, and asynchronous programming.

- Strong proficiency in object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms to build efficient and maintainable software solutions.
