Full-Stack Engineer - Laravel + Vue

About the role :

We're building something early and moving fast. You won't be handed a spec sheet - you'll help shape what we build, how we build it, and why. This means working closely with the team on both product direction and technical decisions, shipping features end-to-end, and iterating based on real user feedback. If you thrive in ambiguity and love owning outcomes, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities - What you'll be doing :

1. Architect and deliver end-to-end product features using Laravel on the backend and Vue on the frontend

2. Design and build APIs, core business logic, and scalable backend services . Work with Eloquent ORM, queues, jobs, and background processing to handle real-world workloads

3. Build clean, intuitive user interfaces with Vue 3 that users actually enjoy using

4. Collaborate directly on product and technical decisions - your voice matters here

5. Ship quickly, gather user feedback, and iterate with purpose

6. Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) into your daily workflow to move faster and smarter

Requirements - What we're looking for :

1. Laravel in production : Strong, hands-on experience building and maintaining Laravel applications that handle real users and real traffic.

2. Vue.js proficiency : Solid experience with Vue.js or a comparable modern frontend framework. Vue 3 familiarity is a plus.

3. End-to-end ownership : Proven ability to take a feature from idea to production - independently and with care.

4. Backend fundamentals : Strong grasp of APIs, relational databases, performance considerations, and scalable system design.

5. Queues & background jobs : Comfortable setting up and working with queues, jobs, and async processing in a Laravel environment.

6. Works well with ambiguity : You don't need everything defined to get moving. Fast-paced, evolving environments energize you.

7. AI-augmented workflow : You use AI tools as part of how you work - not as a crutch, but as a genuine accelerant.

8. Clear communication : You write and speak clearly, ask good questions, and can explain technical decisions without jargon.

Bonus if you have :

1. Experience with Vue 3 and the modern frontend tooling ecosystem (Vite, Pinia, etc.)

2. Deep expertise in Laravel performance tuning or application scaling
