About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Cloud / DevOps Lead to own and guide our cloud infrastructure, automation, and operational excellence. This role is hands-on and leadership-oriented - ideal for someone who has built, scaled, and managed cloud platforms and has led DevOps teams in production environments.

You will be responsible not only for cloud services, but also for cloud products, internal platforms, and automation systems, while mentoring and supervising junior DevOps and Cloud engineers.

We are currently preparing to launch one of our in-house products in the Cloud FinOps space and are looking to bring on a Cloud / DevOps Lead-someone who can take ownership of our cloud platforms, lead and mentor DevOps and cloud engineers, and oversee the evolution, reliability, and scalability of our existing codebase.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior DevOps / Cloud engineers

- Review, test, approve, and merge infrastructure and automation code into the main branch

- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and/or Azure

- Own cloud platforms and internal tooling, not just individual services

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automation workflows

- Establish best practices for reliability, security, scalability, and cost optimization

- Work closely with engineering and product teams to support scalable deployments

Required Qualifications :

1. Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Cloud / DevOps Engineer.

2. Proven experience leading and supervising DevOps or Cloud teams.

3. Strong hands-on experience with :

A). AWS, GCP, or Azure (multi-cloud experience is a plus).

B). Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.)

C). CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)

D). Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

4. Experience managing cloud platforms and internal products, not just deployments

5. Strong Git workflow experience, including PR reviews and branch management

6. Familiarity with Cloud FinOps practices.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with serverless architectures and cloud automation functions

- Experience supporting SaaS or high-availability production systems

- Exposure to security best practices and compliance requirements

- Prior experience working with startups or scaling engineering teams
