- Experience with preparing process flows, business process documents, business requirements documents, functional specifications documents, and test scripts as needed.

- Should have experience in Functional Architecture Design.

- Should have knowledge in Business Analysis & Software Engineering and Excellent Communications skills.

Responsibilities :

- Ability to walk through Service & Sales Business processes with the client, and single handedly carry out end-to-end system configuration for Sales processes (both standalone and integrated with SAP S4HANA).

- Extremely strong communication skills and work very closely with the Business to gather new requirements and drive business value.

- Must have worked on implementation project and experience in dealing with development objects using the SAP Cloud Application Studio.

- Must have hands-on experience in moving solution, performing administrative functions, enabling configuration, maintaining and executive fine tune activities and patches across tenants.

Minimum Requirements :

- 6-8 years of relevant experience as SAP C4C consultant with good level of understanding on Service & Sales processes.

- Experience in developing SAP C4C Solutions in either Sales and Service Environments.

- C4C Development and Support experience.

- Experience of using C4C SDK Framework (Cloud Application Studio).

- Understanding of and ability to diagnose problems with web services, both SOAP and REST.

- Experience/knowledge of development or support work in a cloud environment.

- Detail oriented and a passion for delivering a great user experience 7.

- Experience of working for a large Blue Chip organisation on global/multi-site solutions.

- ABSL/BODL/Java Scripting.

- HTML/CSS/JS : Experience in UI development is highly desired.

- Experience of Adobe Livecycle Designer.

- Enhancing Customer BO/Custom BO's and Creating OData Services.

- Creating SAP C4C/UI5 Screens and writing ABSL Scripts for events on BO.

- Experience Integration between C4C and SAP SAP ERP/S4HANA On-Premise/Cloud using SAP CPI/BTP Configuration of C4C solution using KUT and experience in the creation of extension fields is a must.

Preferred Skills And Experiences :

- Education : Post Graduate/B.Tech/M.Tech / BE / MCA.

- Background : SAP C4C (Preferred from a Sales or a Service background).

- Years of Experience : 6-8 years.
