Job Title : Senior Product Manager
Location : Gurugram, India (Work from Office)
Experience : 6 Years+
About WheelsEye :
WheelsEye is a hyper-growth tech logistics startup on a mission to empower truck fleet owners through technology. Founded in 2017, we've evolved from a GPS tracking company into a complete ecosystem of logistics solutions-GPS, Fastag, Fuel Tracking, Marketplace, and more.
Our goal is to simplify and revolutionize truck logistics in India through data-driven, impactful solutions.
Role mission :
Lead the end-to-end product charter for Vylo Signals: a hardware-enabled, AI-powered system that captures field conversations, turns them into structured intelligence, and drives measurable outcomes (coaching, compliance, productivity, revenue lift) through workflows and integrations. Youll own strategy ? execution ? adoption, in close partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams.
What you will own (Responsibilities) :
Product strategy & roadmap :
- Make high-quality tradeoffs: build vs integrate (especially around CRM/SFA ecosystems)
Customer discovery & problem shaping :
- Run continuous discovery with users and buyers (field reps, managers, CXOs)
- Convert insights into crisp PRDs, workflows, and prioritization decisions
Workflow-first product building :
- Design and ship workflows for coaching, compliance, follow-ups, and productivity
- Ensure features are outcome-driven (not feature factory outputs)
AI productization (practical, measurable) :
- Productize transcription and insight layers: define quality thresholds, evaluation loops, and trust UX
- Build guardrails: evidence linkage, escalation paths, and reliability patterns
Integrations & ecosystem :
- Own integration roadmap: read/write with CRMs/SFAs, exports, tasks, notes, and automation triggers
- Ensure data models and identity mapping are robust across customer systems
Cross-functional execution :
- Lead delivery with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Sales, and Customer Success
- Partner with leadership on pilots, rollouts, and packaging/pricing inputs
Hardware collaboration (good-to-have; not required) :
- Work with the hardware lead to shape end-to-end experiences (device onboarding, reliability, consent UX)
What success looks like :
- Clear ICP + use-case focus, shipped roadmap, and improved activation/retention within early cycles
- Pilot-to-scale motion with measurable outcomes (manager value + rep value + business impact)
- Reliable AI experiences with explicit evaluation and user trust mechanisms
- Strong integration story that reduces adoption friction
Requirements (Must-have) :
- 6 to 8+ years of product management experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)
- Built and shipped B2B SaaS products with workflow depth and measurable outcomes
- Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML-enabled product features in production
- Strong execution muscle: PRDs, prioritization, delivery, and cross-functional leadership
- Strong data instincts: funnels, cohorts, instrumentation, and outcome measurement
- Comfort in 0?1 / high ambiguity environments; high ownership and speed with quality
Nice-to-haves :
- Experience in sales tech (CRM/SFA, conversation intelligence, enablement) or vertical SaaS (FMCG/BFSI/logistics)
- Experience integrating with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho) and building API-first products
- Hardware-adjacent experience (IoT/wearables/edge devices) or working closely with hardware teams
- Experience with India enterprise/mid-market deployments and change management
- Strong writing ability (clear internal docs, crisp GTM narratives, non-jargony communication)
Traits we value :
- Outcome orientation (measures impact, not just shipping)
- High ownership and bias to action
- Strong product taste and simplicity mindset
- Customer empathy for frontline/field realities
- Ability to challenge assumptions with sound reasoning
