- 4-6 years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a track record of conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers to identify and prioritize key user problems and opportunities.

- Experience with A/B testing and interpreting analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)

- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards

- Ability to design for responsive web and mobile apps

- Familiarity with micro-interactions and motion design principles

- Experience with design-to-dev handoff tools such as Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode, or Avocode

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (good to have)

- Comfortable working with agile product development tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design of features and product experiences across web and/or mobile platforms.

- Conduct and evaluate user research to uncover insights and validate design decisions.

- Translate research findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs.

- Collaborate with product managers to identify and prioritize key user problems and opportunities.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of design specifications.

- Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.

- Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing outcomes, and product analytics.

- Present and articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and tools.
