Qualifications / Skill Set :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.

- 510 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems and firmware development.

- Proven experience designing and delivering robust firmware architectures across product lifecycles.

- Strong command of C/C++ and familiarity with Assembly. Experience in Lnux Firmware Development.

- Hands-on expertise with microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M, RISC-V, etc.), SoCs, and interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, USB).

- Experience with STM32, Nordic, or Renesas controllers is a strong plus.

- Solid understanding of power optimization, bootloaders, OTA mechanisms, and firmware security.

- Skilled with JTAG/SWD, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and debugging embedded systems.

- Comfortable using Git-based version control and writing basic automation scripts (Python preferred).

- Prior experience leading the delivery of production-grade embedded firmware is preferred.
