Job Title : Product Manager SaaS

Location : Gurgaon (Work from Office)

About the Role :

WheelsEye is looking for a smart, driven Product Manager to join our SaaS team. The role involves owning end-to-end product development, building scalable software capabilities, and working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scale (0-1 and 1-10 journey)

- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business goals

- Gather and translate business requirements into clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories)

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to drive execution

- Drive platform and SaaS product capabilities with a long-term, scalable mindset

- Use data, user insights, and first-principles thinking to make product decisions

- Continuously evaluate product performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics

Required Experience & Skills :

- 5+ years of overall experience with 3- 4 years of core Product Management experience

- Experience in B2B and/or B2C software products

- Strong hands-on experience building software products from scratch (0-1) and scaling them (1-10)

- Good understanding of platform product management

- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and first-principles approach

- Passionate, self-driven, and ownership-oriented mindset

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
