Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the full product lifecycle : discovery, requirement gathering, roadmap planning, execution, and launch.
- Translate business goals and customer pain points into clear product requirements, PRDs, and user stories.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product features on time.
- Analyze product performance using data and metrics; drive optimizations, experiments, and continuous improvements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
- Own product metrics, define success criteria, and measure outcomes post-launch.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams for product initiatives.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and business goals.
Requirements :
- 4-6 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in Product Management.
- Proven experience in building and launching tech products in B2B, SaaS, logistics, mobility, or related domains.
- Strong analytical abilities with comfort in data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to write clear PRDs, user flows, and product specs.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a bias for speed & execution.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, highly dynamic environments.
