Key Responsibility :

- Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address all technical dependencies.

- Develop technical roadmaps and provide guidance on the selection of technologies and tools.

- Mentor and coach team members to improve their technical and leadership skills.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

- Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of the systems.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 9+ years of experience as a Backend heavy full-stack developer.

Must-Have :

- Strong Experience in Core Java, REST, Spring.

- Experience in Unit Testing and Automation.

- Experience in CI/CD, Jenkins.

- Experience with Storage systems NoSQL (Cassandra/HBase/MongoDB).

- Hands-on in Architecting and developing applications from scratch.

- Design for performance, scalability, fault tolerance and high availability.

Good to Have :

- Experience in Javascript & react.

- Browser Extension understanding.

- Exposure to Docker/K8S.
