Job Description : Senior Flutter Developer

Location : Andheri (Marol), Mumbai Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered. Immediate Joiner Preferred.

What Youll Do :

- Lead the design and development of high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver feature-rich applications.

- Drive end-to-end app lifecycle from requirements, coding, testing, deployment, to maintenance.

- Ensure best practices in performance optimization, state management, and clean architecture.

- Integrate APIs, cloud services (Firebase/AWS), and third-party libraries.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

- Stay updated with latest mobile development trends and bring innovative solutions to the team.

What Were Looking For :

- 2 to 3years of hands-on experience in mobile app development with strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.

- Proven track record of delivering live apps on Play Store / App Store.

- Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, etc.).

- Solid grasp of REST APIs, JSON, push notifications, Firebase, and cloud messaging.

- Good knowledge of mobile UI/UX guidelines and experience in building pixel-perfect interfaces.

- Familiarity with Git / version control.

- Problem-solver with attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of native Android/iOS development.

- Experience in team mentoring / leading small teams.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
