Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Identify, document, and track software defects.

- Verify bug fixes and ensure quality standards are met.

- Design and implement automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.

- Maintain and enhance automated test suites.

- Contribute to the development of test automation strategies.

- Analyze software requirements and specifications to ensure testability.

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to clarify requirements.

- Provide feedback on design and functionality.

- Use defect tracking tools to report and manage defects.

- Prioritize and escalate critical issues.

- Work with developers to resolve defects and ensure timely releases.

- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

- Provide regular updates on testing progress and defect status.

- Generate and analyze test metrics.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

- Communicate effectively with team members.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Qualifications :

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance.

- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

- Experience developing and executing test cases.

- Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress).

- Experience with API testing (Postman, Rest Assured).

- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

- Experience with mobile testing (iOS, Android).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
