Job Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Provide technical guidance and oversee Python-based application development.

- Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and project timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure smooth execution.

- Monitor project performance and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.

- Mentor and guide developers in Python best practices, code quality, and design patterns.

- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, UI/UX, Product Owners) for project success.

- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in Python.

- 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager / Technical Manager.

- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and system architecture.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira,

Trello, Asana).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
