Job Overview :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI/ML solutions and applications using Python.

- Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and models for various business use cases.

- Work with large datasets, performing data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering.

- Build and manage ML pipelines, from experimentation and training to deployment and monitoring.

- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.

- Evaluate and fine-tune models, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and reliability.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate new tools/techniques as appropriate.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Python development.

- 3+ years of dedicated experience in AI/ML development.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming and its relevant libraries for AI/ML, including scikit-

learn, Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.

- Hands-on experience with at least one major deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or

PyTorch.

- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation

techniques.

- Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and preparation for machine learning tasks.

- Familiarity with version control systems, primarily Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and managing ML

models.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools.

- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark.

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for model deployment.
