Job Overview :

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our products. This role will involve designing intuitive web and mobile interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop UI/UX for web and mobile applications that are user-centric, visually appealing, and functional.

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, ensuring design solutions meet user expectations.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create seamless, responsive, and visually stunning designs.

- Iterate designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders, optimizing user journeys and interactions.

- Maintain design consistency across platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and UI standards.

- Perform usability testing and track performance to refine designs and enhance user experiences.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh, innovative ideas into projects.

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a solid portfolio showcasing your design work.

- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or other design tools.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and UI patterns.

- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting user data to inform design decisions.

- Knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and creating designs for different platforms (web, mobile).

- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and an eye for clean, modern, and cohesive designs.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.

- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and industry best practices
