Webmethods Developer - Integration Server

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using WebMethods Integration Server.

- Configure and utilize WebMethods components such as Broker, Universal Messaging, and Trading Networks.

- Create Flow Services, Java Services, and Adapter Services for integration.

- Implement web services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON, and messaging protocols (JMS, MQ).

- Configure WebMethods adapters (e.g., JDBC, SAP, JMS) for system connectivity.

- Perform data transformation and mapping using XSLT, EDI, and related technologies.

- Handle errors, debug issues, and perform performance tuning of integration solutions.

- Monitor integration processes using MyWebMethods Server (MWS) and other tools.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to ensure integration solutions meet requirements.

- Document integration solutions, designs, and processes clearly and comprehensively.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience working with Software AGs WebMethods platform.

- Strong understanding of integration concepts and middleware technologies.

- Proficiency in web services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON, and messaging protocols (JMS, MQ).

- Experience configuring WebMethods adapters (JDBC, SAP, JMS).

- Skills in data transformation and mapping (XSLT, EDI).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience with a full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with cloud-based integration solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Knowledge of API management tools and practices.

- Proficiency in SQL and database systems.

- Familiarity with other Software AG products (ARIS, Terracotta, MashZone).

- Certification in WebMethods Integration Server or related products.
