Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in development having experience 6+years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up processes, managing multiple stakeholders, driving project timelines, and ensuring seamless communication across teams.

This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of software development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define, establish, and streamline project processes for efficient execution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design, business) to ensure smooth delivery.

- Manage multiple stakeholders, present progress updates, and incorporate constructive feedback effectively.

- Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration between development teams and business stakeholders.

- Conduct regular project review meetings and escalate risks/issues when necessary.

- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and compliance with standards.

- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6+ years of proven experience in Project Management with exposure to software development.

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Hands-on experience in working with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, etc.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Should be able to take constructive feedback from clients positively and incorporate it effectively into project execution.

Certifications :

- PMP Project Management Professional (PMI).

- CSM / PMI-ACP (Agile-focused).
