Webclues Infotech - Senior MERN Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

As a Fullstack Engineer with leadership responsibilities, you'll take charge of user-facing platform initiatives while also contributing across the backend and systems layers. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and blockchain developers to deliver high-performance products in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

What You'll Do :

- Lead the frontend and backend architecture and implementation across multiple products/projects and interfaces.

- Collaborate with backend engineers, smart contract developers, and product designers to define and execute on product goals.

- Help shape engineering processes, code standards, and development workflows.

- Work hands-on in the stack where needed - including backend services and real-time infrastructure.

- Coordinate with stakeholders across tech and business functions to ensure feature alignment and timelines.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in MERN stack and related technologies.

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience in fullstack engineering roles.

- Deep expertise in Next.js, Node.js, with strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and CSS architecture.

- Experience working with NestJS, Redis, WebSockets, and Kafka in production environments.

- Comfort working alongside or integrating with smart contract logic (Move or equivalent).

- Strong understanding of performance optimization and web security best practices.

- Prior experience in a high-ownership, cross-functional role - ideally in fast-moving or startup settings.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to trading platforms, real-time data visualization, or DeFi protocols.

- Experience building or maintaining component libraries/design systems.

- Background in leading small-to-mid-sized engineering teams or projects.
