WebCastle - MERN Stack Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Tech Lead with expertise in Next.js and Node.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack JavaScript development, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing development teams. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance web applications, ensuring best practices, and mentoring a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers.

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and performance optimization.

- Develop and optimize APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Ensure high-quality code by enforcing coding standards, performing code reviews, and implementing best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.

- Implement and maintain security best practices, authentication mechanisms, and authorization protocols.

- Manage deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues for web applications.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.

- Strong proficiency in Next.js and Node.js.

- Experience with TypeScript is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

- Proficiency in database design and management using MongoDB.

- Hands-on experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Recoil).

- Strong understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is a plus.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- At Least manage 5 members in a team.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
