We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, with strong front-end development expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and visually appealing web solutions.

- Design, build, and configure web applications based on business and technical requirements.

- Develop dynamic single-page applications (SPAs) using React.js and Redux.

- Implement server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Design and manage databases using MongoDB, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive, interactive web interfaces.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Optimize application performance and improve page loading times.

- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications.

- Maintain clear technical documentation and adhere to coding standards.

- Strong proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Excellent command over JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

- Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and React Native for cross-platform development.

- Understanding of Angular (v4 and above) will be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.

- Proficiency in version control systems like Git and GitHub.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
