Role Overview :

As a Web Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining our cutting-edge web applications. Your day-to-day will involve developing new features, optimizing existing code, and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will contribute directly to enhancing our platform, impacting millions of users and driving significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement user interfaces using React.js and Next.js for our web applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

- Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate designs and requirements into high-quality, testable code.

- Optimize application performance and scalability to handle increasing user traffic and data volumes.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments to ensure application stability.

- Contribute to the development of our component library and style guide to maintain consistency across our applications.

- Integrate with GraphQL APIs to fetch and manipulate data for our web applications.

- Deploy and manage applications using Docker to ensure consistent and reliable deployments.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in coding using React js (Must have skill) / Next js / Graphql / Node js / Docker / e2e test frameworks

- Build creative and conversion-focused websites and landing pages using WordPress.

- Optimize sites for maximum speed and scalability.

- Optimize SEO on existing new websites.

- Troubleshoot bugs, maintain and enhance existing websites.

- Ensuring website function and stability across devices i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet.

- Research implement the latest design trends for website making.

- Create low high-fidelity wireframes before starting with website making.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain complex web applications using React.js and Next.js.

- Proven experience in building and consuming GraphQL APIs.

- Solid understanding of web development best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.

- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment in Bangalore.
