JOB SUMMARY :

The Web Developer/CMS Public Website Administrator, who must have experience in development and administration for multilingual content management systems (CMS) such as concrete5 or other similar CMSs for enterprise level websites. Our goal is to enable our CMS Content Managers, who are typically our internal marketing and support teams, to develop and create content for our content driven multilingual public websites for all global regional markets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Development of custom multilingual web application's, custom theme layouts, addons (plugins), forms and other useful web tools and assets on custom PHP (LAMP stack) and JavaScript run CMSs such as concrete5 CMS, custom portals, and other 3rd party marketing automation web applications.

- Help with development build tools, web applications, and deployment tools that will improve development workflows, automations, and QA (Quality Assurance) processes. Make process suggestions, test, and implement security and performance improvements.

- Work to help keep our development, stage and productions environments going and updated with latest code and site assets needed for each phase or code QA testing.

- Responsible to work with other team members to provide QA testing and feedback for their work and support them when and as needed.

- Help with some monitoring tools and integrations for GlobalSign infrastructure as it relates to public websites, using best practices for website delivery of content around the globe.

- You will follow code and web asset best practices, to ensure good code organization, speed optimizations, web storage and website caching best practices, and help our team ensure that cross-browser experience is top notch for end users whenever possible.

- Use and know the latest front-end UI frameworks as required by each project, with a strong focus placed on willingness and ability to learn and grow your knowledge as it relates to each projects scope or requirement.

- Update and regular contributions to GlobalSigns global web development teams internal systems documentation and user guides

- You will do regular CMS administration, and updates with both code and content when assigned, including working on single page web applications and web pages

- Coordinate handling and resolution of incidents that relate to websites or resolving code and dependency vulnerabilities.

- Use google and other webmaster, and SEO or monitoring tools to track user interactions when needed and in compliance with our privacy, data, and security policies.

- You will provide support to web application(s) users, helping with day-to-day CMS technical needs through the JIRA ticket systems

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- Education : Degree in Web Development, Degree in Computer Science, Web Engineering, or relevant field or at least 3 years working experience combined in a similar role and working examples of work, projects, and code

- Experienced with best practices for web elements based on : target users, browsers, technology focused industry, and website analytics

- Must know command line and have experience with version control, git, and code repositories such as bitbucket. Experience working within in a team environment using git and knowledge of modern deployment tools

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Web Services.

- 3+ years of experience with PHP, Laravel, WordPress. Basic Knowledge of React.Js is required.

- Experienced with LAMP stack CMS Development (Concrete5 CMS experience preferred), experienced with Composer PHP dependency's, Node.js, NPM, Webpack, JavaScript & Bootstrap4 and Bootstrap5

- Good Experience with web form development and form validation using client-side and server-side languages. Strong plus to applicants with Pardot and Salesforce web2lead form and Salesforce web2case forms

- Experienced with APIs and 3rd Party Integrations for Marketing Automation Software and CRMs

- Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.

- Highly knowledgeable and is skilled with the latest best practices for medium to large Marketing Ecommerce websites with proven skills working with Google Analytics and other marketing tools to help empower our Marketing and Support Teams with Business Analytics

- Experienced with front-end languages and libraries specifically (HTML5, Vanilla JavaScript, XML, jQuery) and other front-end languages, frameworks, and JS libraries i.e. React.js

- Ability to work in an agile environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experienced with back-end languages (e.g., PHP, MariaDB, MySQL Node.js, Ruby) and other server-side JavaScript frameworks are a plus

- Familiarity UI/UX design is a plus

- Experience working on an eCommerce site is a plus

- Experience with web server security best practices such as filtering and protection techniques (host hardening, firewalls, IDS/IPS, anti-malware).
