Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled In-House Web Developer (PHP / React) to manage and enhance our company websites and internal web tools.

The role involves hands-on development, CRM and campaign support, and close coordination with external agencies to ensure high-performing, secure, and reliable web platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance company websites and internal web applications

- Support CRM integrations, landing pages, and marketing campaign requirements

- Work closely with external agencies for website upgrades and new feature implementation

- Ensure website performance, security, and uptime

- Implement and maintain APIs and third-party integrations

- Troubleshoot and resolve website and application issues

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements

- Follow coding standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Web Developer

- Strong hands-on experience with PHP and React

- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Experience with API integration and backend connectivity

- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles

- Familiarity with website security and performance optimization
