Web Developer - Javascript

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly web applications and websites that provide outstanding user experiences.

You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to bring digital products to life. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks, with a passion for creating clean and performant code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications with cross-browser compatibility.

- Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, functional front-end code.

- Integrate with back-end services and APIs to deliver dynamic and data-driven features.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end issues and bugs in a timely manner.

- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers in Agile/Scrum teams.

- Stay updated on emerging web technologies and apply best practices in design, development, and usability.

- Ensure websites meet accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and security guidelines.

- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 2 to 5 years of experience in front-end and/or full-stack web development.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).

- Understanding of RESTful APIs and AJAX.

- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and how to address them.

- Working knowledge of build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn)
