Web Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of new features for the BTE Signup UI.

- Develop clean, reusable, and high-performance code using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

- Build and maintain Soy/Wiz templates and ensure seamless integration with backend systems.

- Collaborate with architects, UX designers, and product managers to define technical requirements and propose scalable solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Ensure application responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

- Stay up-to-date with evolving front-end technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 8-12 years of proven experience in web development.

- Advanced proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS3.

- Strong experience working with Soy/Wiz templating languages (or similar).

- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.

- Solid understanding of Java-based backend systems and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with performance optimization, UI debugging, and cross-browser issues.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working in agile development environments.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git).

- Exposure to enterprise-scale front-end development.
