We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Web Designer who will lead the design and development of visually compelling, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions, while mentoring junior designers and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects.
You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end design processfrom requirement gathering and UI/UX design to front-end implementationwhile maintaining brand consistency and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of modern, responsive websites
- Understand client requirements and convert them into effective design solutions
- Conduct client calls, presentations, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Create and manage UI/UX designs using Figma (design systems, components, prototypes)
- Convert designs into clean, maintainable HTML & CSS
- Build reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS
- Ensure pixel-perfect, cross-browser, and responsive designs
- Review team members work and provide guidance and mentorship
- Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Qualifications & Skills :
- 3.55 years of proven experience as a Web Designer / UI Designer
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS
- Hands-on experience with Figma (design systems & components)
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layouts
- Experience designing responsive and mobile-first websites
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Experience in mentoring junior designers and reviewing design work
- Strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
- Knowledge of basic JavaScript and frontend frameworks is a plus
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :
- Experience working with development teams in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Experience in branding and visual identity design
