Role : Web Application Developer (Full Stack) - Node.js & React

Experience : 3-4 Years

Mandatory Skill Sets :

Backend Development :

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js for building scalable and performant server-side applications.

- Ability to design and implement microservices architecture, API gateways, modular services, and scalable backend logic.

- Expertise in developing and consuming RESTful APIs, including secure authentication methods using OAuth2, JWT, and best authorization flows.

Frontend Development :

- Proficient in building responsive, component-based interfaces using React.js and Redux for state management.

- Experience with server-side rendering or full-stack frameworks like Next.js (preferred).

- Good understanding of JavaScript ES6+, reusable UI components, and frontend performance optimization.

Database Management :

- Experience working with both SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

- Familiarity with query optimization, schema design, ORM/ODM tools (Sequelize, Prisma, or Mongoose).

DevOps & Deployment :

- Practical knowledge of Docker for containerization, CI/CD workflows, and version management using Git.

- Hands-on experience deploying applications on Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Security & Best Practices :

- Familiarity with OWASP guidelines, secure coding standards, API security, encryption, and threat prevention practices.

- Basic understanding of error handling, logging, monitoring, and system reliability principles.
