Role : Head of Product

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Head of Product to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable digital products.

The ideal candidate must have strong full-stack technical knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and proven experience in external client interaction and project delivery.

This role is crucial in shaping our product roadmap, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet both client expectations and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Lead the entire product development lifecycle from ideation and planning to deployment and post-launch optimization.

- Communicate directly with external clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful product delivery.

- Guide and mentor cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and business functions.

- Design and review full-stack architectures using Angular, .NET Core, and Node.js, with a working understanding of Azure.

- Drive Agile processes using tools like JIRA, ensuring on-time and high-quality releases.

- Analyze product performance, user feedback, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

- Conduct demos, product walkthroughs, and stakeholder updates, both internally and with clients.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications :

- 8-9 years of experience in product management or technology leadership roles.

- Strong hands-on understanding of full-stack technologies : Angular, .NET Core, Node.js.

- Working knowledge of Azure cloud platform (basics acceptable).

- Proven success in external client communication and delivery management.

- Excellent English communication skills written and verbal.

- In-depth experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and drive outcomes.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with tools like Figma.

- Experience in SaaS or mobile-first product development.

- Strong UI/UX collaboration background.
