Your Role Accountabilities :

- Development & Integration This Developer will design, develop, and maintain custom modules, integrations, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

- They will develop and optimize data pipelines, APIs, and automation scripts for publishing workflows and reporting.

- This role will participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Contribute to ongoing technology upgrades and process improvements across DC Comics Publishing.

Documentation & Process :

- The developer will translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- They will document technical designs, configurations, and deployment procedures.

- Maintain status reports, risk logs, and issue tracking for development efforts.

Collaboration & Support :

- This role will work closely with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to understand and deliver solutions.

- They will provide level 2 and 3 application support for DC Comics ERP and its system integrations.

- They will support system/functional testing, UAT, and production rollouts.

Qualifications & Experiences :

- 5+ years experience as a software developer or engineer, preferably in ERP or publishing technology environments.

- Strong experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL, C/AL, .NET, or related technologies).

- Experience with SQL, Power BI, DAX, and data integration tools.

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.

- Experience with test planning, unit/integration testing, and deployment automation.

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent development projects under time constraints.

- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills in cross-functional environments.

- Strong analytical thinking and technical problem-solving abilities.

- High energy level, adaptive, and a strong team player with a good work ethic.

- Must be a self-starter and demonstrate resiliency when met with challenges or setbacks.

- Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)

Not Required but preferred experience :

- Experience with media and entertainment consumer products, especially publishing.

- Experience working with customized ERP applications and data infrastructure design.

- Familiarity with publishing workflows and product lifecycle management.

- Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), Monday.com, Miro, and ServiceNow.
