Your New Role :
We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Voice, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and MuleSoft integrations.
Additionally, experience in implementing Contact Center solutions and Einstein AI for predictive analytics and automation is highly preferred.
This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that empower business operations and enhance customer experiences.
Your Role Accountabilities :
Salesforce Development :
- Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions across Salesforce Clouds (Service, Commerce, Marketing, and Sales).
- Create and optimize Salesforce Lightning components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Flows.
Integration Management :
- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft.
- Ensure data synchronization and seamless workflows across platforms.
Contact Center Implementation :
- Configure and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud to support contact center operations, including omnichannel capabilities, case management, and live agent tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align contact center workflows with business goals.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce voice through Amazon connect.
Einstein AI Deployment :
- Implement and optimize Einstein AI for predictive analytics, lead scoring, and customer insights.
- Leverage Einstein Bots and recommendations to enhance customer interactions and automate tasks.
Collaboration & Support :
- Work closely with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure system stability and performance.
Qualifications & Experiences :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization.
- Expertise in Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud, Salesforce Voice.
- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for integration development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, and security configurations.
- Familiarity with Einstein AI features like Einstein Bots, predictive analytics, and recommendations.
- Experience in implementing contact center solutions using Salesforce.
- Experience in Service Cloud voice on the Salesforce side and Amazon Connect side.
Not Required but preferred experience :
- Salesforce certifications in relevant modules (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Service Cloud Consultant, or Marketing Cloud Consultant).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, or Copado).
- Experience with Tableau
