Wallero Technologies - AI Solution Lead/Architect

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Lead/ Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions within the Clinical Trials domain. This role will drive architecture strategy, multi-agent AI workflows, LLM integration, and scalable AI platform design across clinical operations and digital products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end architecture for Agentic AI solutions in Clinical Trials and Healthcare domains

- Design scalable multi-agent systems leveraging LLMs, RAG, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI platforms

- Collaborate with business, data science, engineering, and product teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions

- Define AI architecture standards, governance, security, and deployment best practices

- Project deck preparation and support presentation to stakeholders

- Guide solution delivery, technical roadmap, and vendor/platform evaluations

Qualifications :

- Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-native architectures

- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and MLOps/LLMOps platforms preferred

- Knowledge of Clinical Trials, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or regulated environments strongly preferred

- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skills :

- Python, API architecture, cloud platforms (Azure)

- AI governance, compliance, and enterprise deployment experience

- Familiarity with Databricks, MLflow, knowledge graphs, and workflow orchestration tools
