Looking for a WalkMe Developer with an experience of 4 - 8 years to design, develop, and optimise digital adoption solutions using the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating in-app guidance, automations, and analytics that improve user experience, increase productivity, and drive digital transformation across our enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other DAP elements to enhance user adoption and engagement.

- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and UX teams to identify user pain points and digital adoption opportunities.

- Configure WalkMe to support application onboarding, process automation, and self-service support.

- Develop segmentation, rules, and goals within WalkMe for personalized user experiences.

- Conduct user behavior analysis using WalkMe Insights and analytics dashboards.

- Perform A/B testing, usage tracking, and performance optimization of WalkMe content.

- Troubleshoot and resolve WalkMe technical issues or script conflicts with underlying web applications.

- Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
