We are seeking an experienced WalkMe Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing WalkMe solutions, enhancing user experiences, and driving user engagement through effective digital adoption strategies.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to understand user flows and create

effective WalkMe content.

- Analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement and create targeted WalkMe campaigns to drive engagement.

- Maintain and optimize existing WalkMe content to ensure it is up-to-date and effective.

- Provide training and support to team members on WalkMe best practices and features.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 4 -10 years of experience in developing WalkMe applications or similar digital adoption platforms.

- Strong understanding of user experience design principles and the ability to translate them into WalkMe solutions.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies relevant to WalkMe

development.

- Experience with analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of WalkMe campaigns and user

engagement.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
