What Youll Do :

- Provide 24x7 technical support (rotational shifts)

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms

- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product support

- Maintain and contribute to knowledge base articles

What Were Looking For :

- SQL knowledge (must-have)

- Understanding of APIs

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (a plus)

- Familiarity with ticketing tools

- 3+ years in technical support or related roles

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
