Role Overview :

We are conducting a Walk in Drive for Data Quality Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a Data Quality Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data quality solutions to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data assets.

You will collaborate closely with data architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement effective data quality rules and processes. Your work will directly impact the reliability of our data-driven decision-making, contributing to improved business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop data quality rules and processes using Informatica IDMC and other data quality tools to identify and resolve data quality issues.

- Implement data profiling and data cleansing techniques to improve the accuracy and completeness of data.

- Collaborate with data architects and data engineers to integrate data quality solutions into the overall data architecture.

- Monitor data quality metrics and proactively identify and address data quality issues.

- Develop and maintain documentation for data quality processes and procedures.

- Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure that data quality solutions meet their needs.

- Participate in data governance activities to ensure compliance with data quality standards and policies.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop data quality solutions using Informatica IDMC.

- Proven expertise in data profiling, data cleansing, and data standardization techniques.

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.

- Experience with CDI (Cloud Data Integration) and MDM (Master Data Management) concepts and tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bangalore.
