Position Title : Fullstack Lead Engineer

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Lead Engineer (410 years) to design, build, and scale modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, Elasticsearch, and .NET technologies. In this role, you will own end?to?end technical delivery, provide hands?on engineering leadership, and mentor a high?performing team to deliver secure, high?quality, and performant solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack web applications from concept to production.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures using React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, Elasticsearch, and .NET.

- Provide technical leadership to a cross?functional team, including code reviews, pairing, and setting coding standards and best practices.

- Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and data access layers ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability.

- Optimize application performance across front?end and back?end, including database queries and search capabilities.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.

- Ensure high test coverage, CI/CD integration, and adherence to quality engineering practices.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root?cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements.

- Contribute to technical roadmaps, proposing new tools, frameworks, and patterns where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 10 years of professional software development experience, with at least 23 years in a lead or senior role.

- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, including component design, state management, and front?end build tooling.

- Solid hands?on experience with Node.js for building scalable APIs and services.

- Expertise in SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) including schema design, optimization, and complex queries.

- Practical experience implementing and tuning Elasticsearch for search and analytics use cases.

- Strong programming skills in .NET (C#) and experience building web APIs or services on the .NET platform.

- Proven track record of delivering complex fullstack applications in an agile environment.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security, and performance best practices.

- Excellent communication, problem's olving, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions.

Nice to Have (Preferred) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and event?driven systems.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

- Experience working with distributed teams and mentoring junior engineers.
