About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Tech Support Engineer to join our engineering team.

You will play a key role in supporting production systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues, debugging code, and ensuring smooth operations.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities :

- Investigate and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

- Debug code to identify root causes and implement appropriate fixes.

- Write and optimize SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting.

- Collaborate with development teams to deploy fixes and improvements.

- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential issues.

- Document technical findings, resolutions, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

- Participate in on-call rotation for production support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on debugging experience.

- Solid understanding of relational databases and ability to write complex SQL queries.

- Experience working with caching systems (Redis, Memcached, etc.

- Good understanding of at least one programming language (Python preferred).

- Knowledge of Django framework is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure situations.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).

- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS)
