We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in React Native and prior experience with React (Web) to join our growing frontend team. You'll play a key role in building and scaling our next-generation e-commerce application, ensuring a seamless and performant user experience across mobile and web platforms.

You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to architect, develop, and deliver high-quality user interfaces for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, responsive mobile applications using React Native.

- Contribute to the React web frontend to ensure consistent cross-platform experience.

- Work closely with product and design teams to implement clean, intuitive UI/UX.

- Build reusable, modular components and maintain a scalable codebase.

- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and maintainability.

- Implement and maintain state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).

- Integrate APIs and work with backend teams to ensure smooth data flow.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.

- Ensure robust observability via logging, tracing, and metrics.

- Contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes.

- On hands work experience with robust testing strategies, including:

- Unit and integration testing with React Testing Library / Jest

- E2E testing using frameworks like Cypress / Playwright

- Test automation integrated into CI/CD pipelines

- Design and implement scaling strategies using caching layers (Redis, CDN) and load-balancing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 - 7 years of professional experience in frontend development.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience building mobile apps with React Native.

- Solid understanding of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

- Experience with mobile performance optimization, animations, and debugging tools.

- Familiarity with React Navigation, Expo, and native module integrations.

- Understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL integrations.

- Strong grasp of frontend architecture, component design patterns, and state management.

- Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Detox, Cypress).

- Basic understanding of mobile deployment pipelines (Play Store / App Store).

- Prior exposure to e-commerce platforms or high-traffic applications is a plus.

Nice to Have

- Experience with performance monitoring and analytics (Firebase, Sentry, etc.).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).

- Awareness of UX principles and experience collaborating with design teams.

- Understanding of caching, offline support, and app scaling strategies.

- Holding degrees from premier educational institutes like IIT, NIT, etc.

- Exposure to AWS / GCP / Firebase or similar cloud infrastructure.

- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
