Job Title : CRM Technical Lead (8-10 Years Experience)
Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and hands-on CRM Team Lead with 8-10 years of industry experience to lead the design, implementation, customization, and optimization of our CRM platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven team leadership skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end CRM implementation, customization, and integration across business functions.
- Act as the technical and functional owner of the CRM platform.
- Manage and mentor a team of CRM developers, administrators, and analysts.
- Design CRM workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Oversee data migration, data quality, and master data management.
- Ensure system performance, security, compliance, and scalability.
- Drive CRM enhancements aligned with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.
- Manage third-party integrations (ERP, Marketing Automation, Data Warehouse, Payment Systems, etc.)
- Lead CRM-related UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
- Support roadmap planning and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
- Hands-on expertise in at least one major CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365/ Salesforce)
- Strong experience in CRM configuration & customization, Workflow automation & business rules, API integrations & web services, Reports, dashboards & analytics
- Experience with Data migration, ETL, data quality management, Role-based access controls security models
- Good understanding of SQL, data models, and relational databases, Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Deep understanding of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Lead Management processes.
- Experience in Omnichannel customer engagement, Customer 360, loyalty, and campaign management.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C CRM implementations, AI-driven CRM, automation, and analytics.
- Experience working with Data Warehouse, CDP, and Marketing Automation platforms.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- CRM platform certification (Salesforce, Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working on Agile projects.
- Experience in Sports, Aviation, or SaaS domains is a plus
- Knowledge of requirements management and documentation techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project priorities.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in Agile practices.
- Familiarity with software development concepts and terminology
